Terms
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. About these terms
sprintmechanics.com is run by Swift Performance Pty Ltd, ACN 071 744 020, ABN 42 071 744 020, of 34 Bishop Street, Kelvin Grove QLD 4059, Australia ("Swift"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. General information, not individual advice
Everything on Sprint Mechanics, including interviews, coaching tips, letters and the sled training explainer, is general information for coaches and athletes. It is not individual coaching, medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation advice, and it does not take account of any particular athlete's age, health, injury history or ability.
Before starting or changing a training programme, especially after injury or for young athletes, get advice from a qualified coach or health professional who knows the athlete. Train within your ability and use equipment as its maker instructs.
3. No health claims
Nothing on this site is a claim that any training method or any product prevents, treats or cures an injury or a medical condition. Where a coach describes results he has seen, that is his own experience and opinion.
Our content covers return to sport as well as performance. DynaSled is not a medical device. It gives the coach or practitioner visibility of what the athlete did. It does not make recommendations. The coach or practitioner decides.
4. Views of guests
Interview guests speak for themselves. Their views are not necessarily those of Swift or Dean Benton.
5. Our relationship with Swift products
Sprint Mechanics is a Swift Performance platform. Swift makes the DynaSled, and Dean Benton is paid a commission by Swift Performance when a DynaSled is leased using his code. Where content mentions or links to Swift products, that is why. Our Disclosure page has the detail.
Nothing on this site is an offer to supply a product. DynaSled is offered on lease by Swift, on Swift's own terms, at swiftperformance.com.
6. Research and sources
Where our content relies on published research, or teaches from it, we name the research. If you think we have missed a source or described one wrongly, email us and we will fix it.
7. Under 18
Sprint Mechanics is written for coaches and other adults. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian, and have them sign up for the letter on your behalf.
8. Content, names and trade marks
All content on the site belongs to Swift or is used with permission. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit to Sprint Mechanics. You may not republish whole articles, videos or letters, or use them commercially, without our written permission.
Sprint Mechanics, Swift Performance, DynaSled and Swift Labs, and the names of Swift's products, tests and methods, are Swift's names and trade marks. You may use them to refer to Swift's products. You may not use them as the name of your own product or service.
9. Links
We link to other sites, including swiftperformance.com and YouTube. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not control.
10. Liability
We take care to make the content accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, Swift is not liable for any loss or injury arising from use of, or reliance on, the site's content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
